Cost of Camp
This year we are offering a special price for camp. This is the first year we have done Tokashiki Adventure camp since Covid virus pandemic. Because we haven’t done it in so long we would like to find out if there is still an interest in the camp. Therefore, we are subsidizing the price in order to see how many children would have an interest in coming. This year the price is:
All children 18 and under: Y12,000
All adults : Y20,000
T Shirt: Y1,000
The price of camp includes ferry, all meals, barbecue, room and bedding.
There is a small store in the cafeteria building that sells ice-cream, chips, and other snacks. There are also drink vending machines. These items can be bought with whatever spending money you provide your child with. It should be noted though, that the cafeteria has great food three times a day, and we have found it to more than fill and satisfy the kids. So we would recommend giving your child not more than between Y1000 to Y2000.
How To Pay
1. Payment can be made directly by Japanese furikomi:

2. Payment can be made at Belmont Church in person. Please call or write ahead to arrange time.
3. Payment can be made the day of camp. However, we are asking for everyone, if possible to try to pay in advance. This will be a great help to us administratively.
Canellation
In the case you have to cancel, we have unconditional and full refund. However, we cannot refund the Y1000 price of the Tshirt.

キャンプ費用
今年は特別価格でキャンプを行います。 渡嘉敷アドベンチャーキャンプは、コロナウィルスの大流行以来、初めての開催となります。 そのため、どの程度このキャンプに興味があり、どれだけの参加者がいるかを確認するために、今回のみ参加費を一部補助することにしました。
18歳以下の生徒Y12,000
大人：Y20,000
Tシャツ： Y1,000
キャンプ料金にはフェリー代、食事代、バーベキュー代、宿泊代、寝具代、保険代などが含まれています。
交流の家の食堂には小さな売店が併設されており、アイスクリームやお菓子などを販売しています。 自動販売機もあります。交流の家の食事は一日３回充実したメニューを提供していますのでおなかを満たすのに十分だと思いますが、もしお子様が売店を利用したいのであれば、少額(1,000円～2,000円程度)のお小遣いを持たせてください。

会費のお支払いはキャンプ前日までにお願いします。特別な事情等でどうしてもご都合がつかない場合は、当日お受けいたします。
キャンセル：
もし事前にキャンセルされる場合、会費は全額返金いたします。ただし、Tシャツ代の返金はできませんのでご了承ください。
